Subject to a discussion with you, we offer a free training needs analysis, including phone or Skype discussions with 3-10 of your key staff.
You will get a report on the outcome, with recommendations as to what training will get you more and better outcomes in your organisation, including likely cost, projected return, and time lines.
A key advantage for you is that you'll have the benefit of an independent third party, skilled in training, to talk with your staff. This process will reveal things you won't otherwise hear.
Subject to data being available, the evaluation will include an estimate of current and projected Return on Investment (ROI) from training, and a projection of how it can be improved, including a reduction of your current cost and return per new customer (where applicable).
Money back if not satisfied
If you are not satisfied with the training or workshop, you will get your money back (as long as you let us know by the end of the the training or other activity).
